Common questions
- Where do I set my payment method? Use your Seller Preferences. See Page 1: Payment Methods.
- How long do buyers have to pay for orders? Orders must be paid within 17 days (21 days for Canadian buyers) or they are canceled. See Page 2: Pending Payment.
- How does Box Shipping help sellers? It consolidates orders, saves postage, and simplifies fulfillment. See Page 2: Box Shipping.
- What if a buyer files an NR or ND issue? Follow the issue workflow and respond within the required windows. See Page 3: NR and Page 3: ND.
