This Buyer’s Guide explains how buying works on Sportlots, including navigating the shopping cart, making offers, submitting payment, earning Seller’s Loot, tracking order status, selecting shipping methods, and resolving order issues.

Common Questions

• Why did an item disappear from my cart? Items in your cart are not reserved and can become unavailable prior to checkout. Sportlots may also move items to Save for Later based on seller availability or system rules. See Page 1: Shopping Cart and Save for Later.
• How long do I have to respond to an offer? Buyers and sellers have 72 hours to act when an offer status changes. See Page 1: Offers.
• When can I file an Order Not Received issue? 10 days after the seller marked filled (17 days if the seller is from Canada). See Page 2: Order Not Received.
• How does Box Shipping work? Box orders move through En Route to Box, In Box, Shipment Pending, and Shipped From Box. See Page 2: Orders and Statuses.
• How long do I have to pay for auction orders? Up to 17 days (21 days for Canadian buyers). See Page 3: Paying for auction orders.
